个人简介

  • 徐晓峰,1961年10月出生,2004年7月毕业于中科院上海技术物理研究所,获物理电子学博士学位,2004年9月来到东华大学;

  • 从事光学设计、光学薄膜和光电功能薄膜器件的理论、工艺和光电特性研究;

  • 在Scientific Reports、APL、PCCP、CrystEngComm、Applied Surface Science 和Chemical Physics Letters等SCI和EI杂志上发表学术论文40余篇;

  • 获授权的国家发明专利六项。

  • 大学物理,普通物理,应用光学、薄膜光学、光学系统原理与设计和专业实验

近几年主持与参与科研项目情况

  • 氧化钒薄膜红外探测研究,上海市重大基础项目子项目,2010.5-2012.5,主持完成。

  • 并轴II-VI/IV纳米线异质结构的电子学性质研究,国家自然基金面上项目,2012.1-2015.11,排名第二,正在进行中。

  • 980nm激光驱动纳米发电机的设计、构筑及其生物应用,国家自然基金面上项目,2013.1-2016.11,排名第二,正在进行中。

  • 近5年主持了11项与功能薄膜和光学薄膜相关的横向课题。
