研究方向等离子体物理及应用
个人简介主要从事低温等离子体的基础和应用研究工作,包括等离子体源技术、诊断及理论和数值模拟。致力于发展大面积均匀稳定的低温等离子体源技术;同时也面向等离子体与材料表面的相互作用,如刻蚀、沉积、接枝及功能改性方面的工作。主持国家基金面上项目以及国家青年基金项目各一项,主持与美国March公司合作设备开发项目等多项横向项目,参加其他各类科研项目(国家重点基金等)多项,所参加的项目获得上海市科技进步二等奖。在APL、POP、ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces, Appl. Surf. Sci.、AIP Advances等发表论文二十多篇。
